I can feel that 'portal for change' but I have come to realise that pausing is also very important. This year I don't want to be rushing into that autumn energy of 'fresh starts, new term' etc. Instead I want to rest and relax, take time to drink in the sensory pleasures of the season, and treat myself with love. x
