I absolutely love your Manifest for Joyful Living. Thank you so much for sharing the link here... your whole site radiates the joy you so clearly embody. I'm curious about your last line... 'Aging is not always a one way street'. I'd love to know more about the story behind this! What a joy to meet you here *pun intended*

Many of our "age related" physical problems are reversible, in spite of what doctors tell us.,

Hi Helen

All good thank you.

I resonate with all that you write and I remember feeling the same after your workshop. I love how you compose and structure your words. Your Wo manifesto really called to me.

Aww Jules, thank you for these words. You have made my soul smile, especially because it is always nerve-wracking putting work out into the world after a hiatus. Thank you. I will save your words for times when I experience doubt (I'll be seeing them a lot then!) xx

That is perfect, beautiful indeed.

It triggered a little memory I thought I'd share. Sometimes, people say things, and it washes over at that moment until now when it creeps out loud and clear. "yes, but she is a proper writer," they said in response to me suggesting that maybe I could write. There it was, a judgment, a viewpoint - and a blooming slap in the face. I have held that and lived with it.

I tell my writing tribe and myself as often as possible -

I am a writer.

We are writers.

And we have to believe that.

We are writers.

Aww lovely Julie, I really appreciate and enjoyed reading your words and reflections. Especially given how potent, insightful and real your writing is.

I love the way other people's words can trigger our own memories. Isn't it interesting how we subconsciously add the word 'proper' before writer?! I did that for years before I 'dared' claim the title writer for myself... and believe it! We ARE writeres. We really do have to believe that. 💖
