Oh, I've written a journal on and off forever! I created my blog a few years ago (it's coming to Substack shortly), because I wanted a way to connect with others, share my stories and what I've learned along the way, and writing is creative and intuitive for me. Thanks for asking!

"unique soul song" - what a beautiful combo of words. I've realised in the last 6 months that mine is art in all its forms, and as I'm nearing my own midlife phase, I am starting to embrace that song and share it unapologetically. Thank you!

Oh my, where to start....the first line is so powerful and the words, the way you write "eye of the collective storm of awakening to our true power" wow just wow! But each line continues in this power. I think a better way for me to reflect is to discuss my inner body as I read, the slowing of my breath as each word entered my own soul, rereading each line and feeling it go deep, each line a macrocosm and and microcosm of my own feelings and soul song. After reading, a sigh, then reading again. This is one piece of writing that is going on the wall above my desk. It is just so beautiful Helen!

I see you’ve asked others which part resonated- for me, this one.

Beautiful to discover the roots of your love.

I write because I am the end of the line.

My words are my legacy,

the love drops I leave behind.
